Customer-specific, tailor-made quality management workshops.

No in-depth prior knowledge is required to take part in the quality management workshop. We first ask you to fill in a questionnaire so we can gauge your company's knowledge level and identify which quality management processes we can start with. We will then develop the workshop based on the completed questionnaire. This content ranges from the selection of additively manufacturable component to component digitalisation and product protection, all the way through to component production and the storage of the data in a digital warehouse. In the workshop, the existing quality management in the company is analysed, and based on this, a comparison is made with the requirements that additive manufacturing places on the products and processes. This is followed by implementation, process integration and testing of practical applicability. The focus of the quality management workshops is always on ensuring sustainable quality. For AMS, this means: introducing a quality standard and maintaining it at the desired level in the long term.

For uncomplicated and swift data management we offer you access to a convenient digital parts warehouse for your data as a logistic base for the additive transformation of the value chain in your company.
